Operation Homefront
Operation Homefront provides emergency assistance and morale to our troops, to the families they leave behind and to wounded warriors when they return home. A nonprofit 501(c)(3), Operation Homefront leads more than 4,500 volunteers in 30 chapters nationwide and has provided critical assistance to more than 45,000 military families in need.
National Coalition for Homeless Veterans
If you are a homeless veteran or a veteran at risk of becoming homeless, the NCHV Web site provides information that you can use to seek help. They include addresses, phone numbers and websites to find out about services, programs and other help that is available.
VetSuccess.gov, Department of Veterans Affairs
Find out about the services offered to veterans with service-connected disabilities by the Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment (VR&E). VetSuccess.gov also provides information about vocational counseling available to active-duty service members and veterans who have recently separated from active duty.
